About Us

The Blank's Crossing subdivision consists of 46 homes, established between 2007 and 2023, each set on more than an acre of land in the Town of Grafton countryside which was formerly farmland.

The diverse mix of residents enjoy woods, wildflowers, habitat preservation, private trails, ponds, and open space. The neighborhood offers a unique blend of rural character and privacy combined with urban amenities.

Owners of the lots make up the membership of the Blank's Crossing Homeowner's Association. The affairs of the Association are managed by a Board of Directors (consisting of homeowner volunteers) elected by the members each year at the annual meeting of homeowners.

Volunteers from the neighborhood are always needed to be a part of the Board or on a Committee such as the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) or other special committees like a Landscape Committee.

Blank's Crossing has hosted neighborhood block parties and community rummage sales planned by the residents.
